Defender Gary Cahill says every member of the Chelsea squad wants striker Didier Drogba to stay at the club.
Cahill feels Drogba, who scored the equaliser and the winning penalty in the Champions League final, will help develop the Blues' emerging players.
The Ivorian will hold talks this week at Stamford Bridge about a new contract after his current deal expired.
Cahill said: "If you ask every player at the club, they'd hope he stays - but he's got his own decision to make."
The 88th-minute equaliser against Bayern Munich on Saturday night was the ninth goal Drogba has registered in nine cup finals for the club.
The 34-year-old also scored in the FA Cup final two weeks previously to ensure the season ended with two major trophies for the Blues.
