This unlucky man had the bottom of a glass bottle stuck in his cheek for 17 days because doctors didn't know what was wrong with him.
The Swedish man had reportedly got into a fight on a cruise ship last month, when someone ended up smashing a bottle into his face.
He was stitched up at the time, but according to Swedish paper Aftonbladet, no one noticed the large fragment of glass.
He told the paper his wound was "dripping blood" continuously, but none of the doctors did any x-rays.
The 23-year-old even said he could feel something hard in his cheek and added: "I started wondering myself if maybe they forgot to take out part of the bottle."
Finally the fifth doctor he saw found the glass and he was reportedly operated on immediately.
