Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge greets crowds as she arrives at The Treehouse, part of Anglia's Children's Hospices, of which the Duchess is the Royal Patron. As part of the ceremony, Catherine adds shovels dirt on a newly planted tree before going inside where she meets with the children and gives her first public speech.
